The latest track from Romanian experimental pop artist Sofia Zadar is the ethereal and infectious ‘Nostos’. Filled with heartwarming synths and vocal lines, their swirling melodies are on hand to craft an immersive experience that matches their vulnerable performance. They describe the track as “my love letter to care and presence through hardship. I believe our capacity to thrive and be resilient is tightly knit to the nurture we receive from ourselves and our communities.” Their new EP, which will be a treat to fans of Caroline Polachek and Sega Bodega, drops in May 2023. -Dan Peeke
